Made an appointment online the day before for 1130a. Showed up on time and there was a queue of people waiting for their appointments. Fortunately for me, I only had to wait for 15 minutes. But others had been waiting up to 45 minutes for their service. The guy at the front desk barely spoke English and kept calling someone, then passed the phone to the customer to clarify. Once in for the pedicure, the woman providing the service was very diligent and did a nice job.
The place is on the second and third floor and has been through many renovations. They have done their best to paint it up, but it's not the cleanest place I've visited.
They only take cash. When I went to pay, the guy at the counter told me not to book with Treatwell next time since it was cheaper to do directly at the store.
