When I arrived, I was told my Treatwell booking never registered - and that I’d have to come back almost an hour later.
I had the confirmation email and text that it had, in fact, gone through. And then was told off by staff for not ringing them directly.
Unfortunately, as I had plans and couldn’t come back in an hour, I said It was no problem and I would come back another time. The person I was speaking to then rushed me into the room, clearly annoyed.
The person who waxed my eyebrows did not check the temperature of the wax (my skin is still burnt). She didn’t ask anything about shape, or even what I wanted done. She removed any shape my brows had.
She was rushing so much to get through the appointment that she got wax in my eyelashes.
Basically, if I could give them no stars (or even negative stars), I would.
