Got my eyelash extensions done by Kotryna. Very professional and friendly. My eyelashes are very natural. Definitely will be back for top up.

After years of struggling to find a professional personable esthetician who is patient and attentive enough to deal with my sensitive skin, I'm so thankful to find Katrina and City Therapie! I was so skeptical of hard wax BUT there is minimal pain and it's cleaner! She took the time (even though I was so late for my appointment) to educate, converse and go the extra mile with me to make sure I was comfortable. On the plus side they even provided me with a cup of tea and some biscuits.

Fab place, very clean and elegant. From the time I first phoned I was greeted with a friendly and helpful voice to actually going in and the friendliness and service you receive definitely deserves 5 stars. My eyelash extensions is so fab. I would recommend Catriona to all my friends and family. Thank you for a very relaxing afternoon.
