My appointment was delayed by over an hour without sending me home / offering to reschedule. Had to leave without a haircut in the end because of my next appointment. Then apologetic, staff offered 20% discount a rescheduled haircut. Having been a regular, I don't think that was enough to compensate for my lost 1.5hours.
