Unfortunately need to leave a one star - I came in to get my tan done and was told on the spot that the girl who’s supposed to do it for me is out sick. I was booked in for 12, and nobody thought to give me heads up that the booking is cancelled. Huge disappointment, though the manager was very kind and understanding. Not sure whether this helps, hopefully it was a one time incident.

My appointment was unfortunately cancelled due to Sarah being sick but I was not made aware of this until I arrived but they were so apologetic about this and wanted to reschedule but I needed my refill today
