The venue sent me a brief sms saying that they were fully booked but didn´t notify Treatwell so I have been charged without getting any service.

I had a full-leg wax, and added on an under-arm wax and all was fine. The treatment room was spacious, bright and airy while Dominika was easy to chat with and efficient, using a couple of different waxes to suit different parts of the body. There must have been some break in synchronising the available appointment time slots between Treatwell and the salon as Dominika rang me first thing the morning after I booked, but was able to offer me an alternative time later that day. I will return, and would recommend the salon to others.

I've been going to this salon for over 3 years now and love getting my nails done by Daniela! She is so professional, and if I've ever had a problem that needs a quick repair job, she is only so obliging to help! Love their range of colours too. Great staff, great salon and great manicures! If you work in the City Centre this is THE place to go :-)
