The guy who did my nail had no English so it was a bit frustrating trying to explain what I wanted. He seemed annoyed when I wasn’t happy with the colour choice and asked him to change it at the start.

Really good, just a bit of a mix-up regarding the pedi I booked and I waited at reception a while to get it corrected but no one came for a while so I just left. sure they would have sorted it out otherwise. It would be nice to see some sanitation of the brushes, files etc.
