Prepaid on treatwell app, took the day off work for my appointment, showed up, and the salon was shut down 😑 extremely disappointed. Tried calling and messaging and facebook and there was no response.

Haircut was perfect, Sandra was lovely. Salon could have been a lot cleaner. Hair from clients the previous day on chairs and ground, washing area was dirty with overflowing bin. Mirrors and shelves at seat needed a good clean. Especially given Covid and my early morning appointment. Will return as my haircut was good and good value.

I wasn't realy happy with my nails as the girl had only few colours, she doesn't do ombre or any designs on the nails and the shape of nails was so so. Also few little diamonds she put on felt off the next day

Graham is a perfectionist! Adore my hair and the head massage during the shampoo was just heaven! 10/10 service and I cannot wait to come back! Love my new cut too!
