I am running the Dublin Marathon in 10 days and my achikes tendons have become a real issue as a result of very tight calves. I have n’t had a sports message before just physio. I found Eleanor’s massage really helped ( it was sore at the time) but Achilles and legs have improved .I have already recommended her privately to friends as I thought it was good value .
