Treatments were fab as always. Great value for money. However, two of the hairdressers were in the corridor talking about a customer loudly that is a "nightmare" and how they'd nearly cut her hair wrong so they wouldn't get her again. Very unprofessional. Would turn me off going again as god knows what they say about others :(
