I had a complimentary trainee massage which was mostly great.
There were a few language barriers - I asked her not to go hard on my legs but I was jumping off the bed with the pain as she dug in quite hard.
Also she used her elbows on my back, I asked her to stop but she kept doing it. I don’t agree with elbows being used in a relaxing massage as the therapist can’t feel knots with elbows so I feel just hands should be used.
I had to ask for the light to be switched off & for a pillow.

My nails have been brutalised. I know Tea is learning but I don’t think she should have been left to do so much when she didn’t know what she was doing. My shellac was taken off my nails and they were filed down too much, they’re all breaking off and are thin, have notches in them and are painful. My fingers bled during filing and cuticle work. I complained already and was told Raquel would call me to discuss it but she has not done so. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon.
