I had a gift of the two hour pamper package. The massage was good but I think the therapist was more a beautician than a masseuse. There was a few times she left the room and during the facial left the room for around 15 minutes without any explanation and left me with my eyes covered. I would have preferred it if she had explained what was happening and that this was part of the treatment. I was constantly aware of passing traffic outside due to the single glaze windows (although there was nice relaxing music I could still hear traffic). Finally my treatment time was 10:30, as agreed by email. I was not called until 10:55 without any explanation for the delay.
