I booked a blow dry. The water was cold, The girl said they didnt turn it on in time.. when I had booked my appt in the salon 2 hours before this..?? and the girl only shampoo'ed my hair once and no conditioner. 29EURO for a blowdry with cold water and i asked for curls , i came out of the salon with flicked hair and a wet t shirt. I was very disappointed because I have been so impressed by the other services the salon offers.
