Made an appointment for a bikini wax, and manicure and pedicure. I was surprised to find the manicure would be done before the wax (it means risking your brand new nail varnish being damaged, getting clothes on and off).
There were no issues with the pedicure. Whilst that was being done, another girl came to do the manicure. My manicure was done very quickly, with 5 coats of product applied. The individual layers didn't get time to dry properly. Therefore some 8-10 hours after the manicure, the polish started to 'ripple' from the base coat, as the layers obviously were still not dry. Before I left the manicure room, the top coat was dry, but sadly, underneath wasn't.
Then to wrestle with my trousers, for the bikini wax.
I emailed the company the next morning, advising them of what happened, and they offered to redo my nails. However, by that time, I was already 2000 km away, at the start of an 8 day holiday. Very disappointing result.

I would rate my experience very highly. Marion was extremely attentive and charming to have as my beautician. I thoroughly enjoyed my facial and will definitely be returning.
