found myself back in this little gem again. amazing staff and treatments everytime I visit. couldn't recommend it more.

A no frills experience. Staff didn't spend any time at attention to detail (telling me to go upstairs, then not following me, deciding what room to use while standing outside, putting a blanket over me on a massage table, for an eye treatment!) very rushed atmosphere (girl left me half way through the treatment to set up another room) and when I went to pay, the girl sitting at the till wouldn't accept the payment until the person who did the treatment appeared again. Treatment was substandard, not great but not terrible either. Overall good treatment for money but doesn't deserve the 5* reviews on the day I was there...
