Terrible from start to finish. Appointment was at 11am, but they phoned at 10am asking if I could I could come down another morning as my daughter was the hairdressers only appointment that day, so she didn't want to have to go in just for that. I couldn't switch to another day so we arrived at 11. After the hair cut, the hair dresser asked me for €15. I told her the deal was €13. She was about to argue with me but gave up and took the €13, but didn't look at me or say goodbye! Unbelievably rude. Will not be back.

The only downside to my visit was that I had the first appointment and it was a cold morning. I was so cold I couldn't enjoy it as much as usual. I'll be visiting later in the day in future. Otherwise results were excellent as usual.
