I scheduled a haircut and beard trim with Renan but when I arrived at the barbershop they informed me that Renan would not be available due to some problem in the scheduling system. I always scheduled my appointments with Renan because I trust his work and I would like to keep my appointments with him and not be changed on the day of appointment.
