Joseph was fantastic! I knew I wanted my beard reshaped, but I didn't know exactly what I wanted. He left me with the best shape I have ever had. More importantly, my wife and daughter like it. They are the biggest critics.

I arrived at the exact time of my appointment and it took more than 30minutes to be assisted.
It seemed that they did not follow the reservation list.
The haircut was ok. They also did not follow the information about my booking as reserved.
