Appointment was for 11.45....not seen to until 12.30. This is not the first time and others waiting we’re well over their appointment time also. Again card machine “not working” so had to leave to get cash.

Booking made for 7pm through treatwell and was told when I rang on the day to confirm that was too late. so was rebooked for a Thurs when they open late. when I arrived she couldn't find my booking. however I was seen to about 15 mins later by a very pleasant beautician who did a very thorough wax. so booking was a little confusing but overall a good experience and super reasonable - just €36 for a full leg and bikini wax. would recommend.
