I’ve gotten my nails done here twice and in both occasions I’ve been left to last even though I had booked an appointment. Today I made an appointment for 2pm for a special spa pedicure which turned out to be a basic pedicure from untrained staff, zero communication with customer, I also booked Natural acrylic overlay didn’t turn out they way I wanted. Was made to feel bad for booking and paying online 🤔😏 which I still don’t understand why have those options if you don’t want customers to use it. The treatment is terrible unless they know you. It took 4 hours to get my nails and feet done and I was left with ashy fingers (no cuticle oil applied) and glue all over my fingers. It’s not worth the price
