Had a lovely pedicure here yesterday which I booked online using Treatwell. However, I was told on arrival that the manager had said that it would be better and easier for them if I didn’t book online but paid in cash in future. What’s the point of them being on Treatwell then?

well we arrived for our appointment the staff didn't have the appointment in their books asked us could we come back another time they were full. not at all helpful and really no point in them having a booking system they clearly don't use. will be telling everyone to AVOID fantasy nails

I think that they should not accept walk in's if there are bookings made. I had an appointment booked and had to wait a half hour before I was seen to. Then there were 5 more people that arrived at the same time all with the same appointment.
