Came in expecting a simple shellac removal - 5 mins into the removal I’m told I need to pay extra €10 with no clear explanation. My real nails were filed down too much that it started to hurt during the process. Lastly was asked what shape I wanted the nails, I asked for almond, I got everything but almond. Had to go home and file them into shape myself
