The salon was very busy and noisy. I got the impression that they had booked too many people in at once, so I was being rushed along. I hadn't coloured my hair there before, but I wasn't asked which colour I wanted. The hairdresser was also very rough, pulling at my hair when cutting and rubbing hard when shampooing.

So pleased with my visit, from start to finish it was just a lovely treat. Haven't had a blowdry as good as this in I don't know how long! Will definitely be making a habit of visiting frequently. Thanks Donna
