Lovely staff & environment on both occasions when I visited. I described the kind haircut I hoped for and what I didn't want and the lady understood perfectly and made me at ease on my requests. I received the exact hair cut I asked for... Very happy customer, Thank you!

Was disappointed with my visit here unfortunately. The girl who greeted me was rude and my highlights are very patchy. My hair still looks dark.

Visited for a colour. I was left sitting for a while at first, but the stylist was very apologetic, and I was given tea while I waited so that made up for the wait.Lovely staff. My stylist helped me to choose the right colour, and did a great job. I booked already to go back
