Booked my appointment with the same girl from the staff, received the confirmation by text too. Another girl did my hair. After blow dry they were sticky on the back (obsiouly not washed properly). Had T-mask colour too but still grey hair all over my head.

I was only attended to 40 minutes after my appointment time. The blow dry itself was really poor. My hair was left looking limp and frizzy. I washed it again myself when I got home.
