I met mark at a fun run where he offered a free sample massage. Following that I booked for one hour sports massage. I have recurring injury from gym and Mark gave me a sport massages focusing on my specific problem area as well as attending to other parts of the body which are tension hotspots. Two days later I'm still feeling the benefit with better mobility. Mark listened to exactly what I wanted and using his experience applied the correct pressure and techique. I'd highly recommend him

Excellent. I have some shoulder pain. After the deep tissue massage my shoulder, and my body generally, felt great.
