Definitely one of the most effective massages I've had. It began with a thorough consultation, identifying the key sensitive areas, while also giving the full stretching and massage for sports activity. Also received good instruction on use of rollers for recurring sensitive areas.

It was a pleasent experience,my first time, I really enjoyed ever minute of it,it gave me total relaxation soothing of oils easing my ach and pains, it was awesome,i felt really relaxed in myself the minute I step outside the door my mucels were more flexible more energy I felt like a new man,it something I should have done year ago,from now on I will be booking my appointments
