Hairdresser no show. I was rescheduled over the phone just the evening before and accepted the rescheduled time slot. However I was left to wait 30 mins together with one other lady, meaning our appointments overlapped. No hairdresser was in the salon at all to welcome/look after us. We were left waiting without expectations of anything. The haircut has been paid for online however I did not receive the said service. Left a note to the coffee staff downstairs. Requesting a refund.
