Obviously the hairdresser didn’t notice I was coming and he left me waiting for 45 mins. And he was rude to comb my hair resulting popping a pimple, which had blood on my head. Besides, I don’t see they have good management on customers’ appointments and I paid through the booking system, which they were not noticed and asked me to pay.

The workers always take on their friends before your own appointment time. This means that whatever time you’re booked for will be an hour later. I waited a while to get a refill done even with a booking. Gave a picture of what I wanted and it’s not it. Not happy at all.
