I booked a blow-dry for 12 noon and was getting my makeup done at 1pm nearby. I arrived at 12noon for my appointment, I would have been 5 minutes early but saw the saloon only accepts cash so had to run to an ATM. I was directed to sit in a hairdressing seat and was then left there, by 12:38 I was still waiting and had to get up and leave because there was no way I'd have made it to my makeup appointment if I waited for a blow-dry. Very disappointing service as it looks like a nice salon.
