Very weird experience. I have booked an appointment with a different hairdresser, someone I've already known, and nobody told me he was off and someone else was supposed to cut my hair. The hairdresser who cut me hair was just OK, but he did the basics and didn't even texture my hair after cutting. If a haircut is just to use the scissors with no technique, I could ask a friend to do it instead. Sorry, but no chance to leave a good review.

I am delighted with my new electric blue gel nails. My manicurist was very pleasant professional and gentle. I’m so so happy with the results and will be returning very soon.

So my appointment was at 1 pm and the entire haircut and perms process was said to be 1hr30mins I can accept a delay of an extra 30 minutes which would make a total of 2 hours- but they took their time from 1 pm until 4:30? which is a lot of time. And it was not only one person who did the process whereas I had 4 different people playing and taking their time which is not acceptable. The haircut and beard cut were terrible!
