Great service, April always makes sure on every step that you are happy with the result otherwise she changes to what you like, great assortment of colours and any idea I bring she does it. Had my nails for several weeks and never chipped or damaged so they have good quality of materials and the coffee upstairs it's a plus every time I go. Great service overall.

It's my first time going to H&T nails and definitely cominh back here. The staffs are all friendly and the place is just cozy and beautiful.

Richard and his crew were very welcoming and friendly, as always! My hair got all the attention it needed and I was really satisfied with my haircut - it looks great! Richard is also a very decent guy; he explained to me that I had overpaid for my haircut (advance online payment) and offered to return the difference.

Such a lovely experience here. The customer service as well as my treatment was perfect. I got a wash and blow dry by Richard who is not only the most friendliest hairdresser, but incredibly professional. My hair was perfect. I left the place looking and feeling great. I definitely will be a regular!

I got my hair washed and restyled. The atmosphere was the first thing I noticed how enthusiastic and friendly the staff was. Staff was very welcoming when I walked through the door. Then having my hair washed by member of staff was very relaxing and my hair felt great after all the treatments.
Richard would spend time on perfecting the look on not just myself but other customers too. There is a great team ethic. I've been very happy with my hair. Also I look forward to my next appointment!
