So my appointment was at 1 pm and the entire haircut and perms process was said to be 1hr30mins I can accept a delay of an extra 30 minutes which would make a total of 2 hours- but they took their time from 1 pm until 4:30? which is a lot of time. And it was not only one person who did the process whereas I had 4 different people playing and taking their time which is not acceptable. The haircut and beard cut were terrible!

I had a really good experience, it was my first time going to a salon in Dublin so I was really scared but everyone was really nice and attentive and I got exactly what I wanted :)

Exceptionally friendly, welcoming and professional. Beautiful new settings. Coffee shop downstairs. Takes time with customers to gain insight into preferred hair style. I will definitely return.

Good price, good hair cut, but very long waiting time. Even though the studio advertise with „get a trim in your lunch break“ you can’t expect to get your appointment on time. I was there on time but had to wait 30 min for a quick 30min dry hair cut, so certainly plan more time than your lunch break! The cut was done well and as I wanted to. However, the hair dresser seems all the time distracted and couldn’t comprehend English fully. Whatsoever the haircut itself turned out very good!
