The problem was that we turned up before our appointments due from 11.00.am on Tuesday 12 November and the salon was closed - we waited until 11,15 but no-one showed up. We had driven for half an hour to get there and had another half-hour drive home, so this time was wasted and we have not had our hair cut! (My rates for atmosphere and cleanliness based on previous visits)

I had to go to another technician to get the mess of extensions removed. They were glued to my eyelids and painful
Also didn't have 2d-6d lashes even though this is what I had booked for

The girls did a great job but talked over me in a different language which was really off putting. Wouldn't go back
