Ignored on arrival despite no other clients being there. Cut my hair above my collar bone when I asked for it to stay below it, i couldn't see myself in the mirror when it was being cut as the seat was so low against a high mirror. Asked for a 'lob' but it's defo a bob sadly and very hard with my curly hair. Disappointed with the service.
