I came in and was greeted by staff who directed me to have a seat. I waited for 15 minutes while other people came in and were attended to. I then got up and asked how much longer it would be. They said maybe another ten minutes. Although I repeatedly explained that I'd booked online, on the app, they didn't seem to understand that I had an appointment. It was a horrible customer service experience, I just got the feeling that they didn't value me as a customer. The attitude seemed to be "accept overbookings and see how long they well wait."

First visit to this salon and first time in ages my hair was cut exactly the way I wanted. Will definitely be back.

Hairdresser was lovely & I'm very happy with the end result. I had booked in for a few highlights online. Hairdresser wasn't aware of this & did a half head so I paid the difference. I was lucky I had extra money on me for this but I was unable to leave a tip as a result. First time getting highlights so I was unaware what to expect. Its fantastic they are open on a Sunday & I do plan to return but I will book directly not to avoid confusion.
