Booked with a specific person after a good experience & was told when I arrived they would not be doing it. Hairdresser was late so I was brought to the basin by the manager and a “treatment” put in my hair without asking after saying my hair is very fine and not to put conditioner near the top. When the hairdresser arrived my hair was then loaded with leave in spray. My hair was then burnt badly with tongs held for minute a time. Cried the moment I left as I didn’t feel comfortable raising it.

I went in for a curly blow dry and was told I was getting my hair curled with tongs. No heat protection or products used apart from hairspray, half of it wasn’t curled and I ended up having to redo it. Wasn’t able to tell them after as I felt uncomfo
