Very upset & dissappointed , after having lovely experience in december i returned. The atmosphere this time was dead, awful communication, my hairdresser didnt talk to me or listen to my request for a trim! She cut 6/7inches off, i was in complete shock. Hate it and so upset as ive always had long hair. My day & my holiday now dampened

I had a wash, cut & blow-dry with a very pleasant girl who cut my hair exactly as I wanted. Only negative is I found it difficult to find the salon initially.
