Must say I arrived there before my appointment and waited for 15 min without nobody coming saying what was going on. I could hear voices somewhere,and kept hoping someone will come out any minute.
Finally, there she was, the girl invited me in to get ready. First thing I saw was that her was trolley was quite messy.
Then the waxing process began, I instantly noticed she didn't do single dip with the sticks but dipped in 3 or 4 times with the same stick.
Also she was dripping wax quite a lot and kept on putting her hair at the back as it kept coming in her way because it wasn't tied at all,she was just wearing a head band.
Must say, during waxing we had a nice chat,she was super friendly but the service wasn't as good.
In the end,she put oil on the back on my legs and then she went out leaving it with me to clean myself of the wax on the front of my legs.
There was the shock! Lots of wax was still on my legs and sticked to the paper towel that I sat on. Finally I managed to take away the big wax spots but still,there was lots left.
Worse then that,I saw loooooots of hairs, some single ones,some on specific areas where there was no waxing at all and she completely missed it! (Except my ingrown hairs which I totally understand that won't come out)
In the end I was disappointed because of the service! I was hoping to come back as she was very nice and chatty but, I am paying for the service and not for the chats!
