My Japanese hair straightening experience was awful.A month later and I’m still upset every time I wash my hair.My hairdresser never checked the condition of my hair before the process.Put way too much product in my hair (said in front of me by another staff member).My scalp was on fire but I was told my scalp wasnt red.The manager offered to wash the treatment out but I decided to keep going and hope that the pain was worth it.It wasnt. My hair is so curly. Complete waste of time and money.

Had to pay extra for curly blow dry in cash as paid for my appointment online- the menu online is not user friendly and I couldn’t see curly option online

Leo was not present at the appointment however my appointment was not rescheduled. The staff were incredibly rude and impatient and whilst understaffed, there was no need to be so inconsiderate to customers. I will not be going back to Halo again.
