Did my perm curls, next day 70% of my hair was almost straight and the rest could not be called curls. So I went there next day and asked for refund so i can fix my hair somewhere else but they didn't want to give it. They offered to do the treatment again. And again, few days after it looks horrible. My hair is destroyed.

I would definitely recommend halo, but be careful because treatwell's location on the app is wrong. 8 was a few minutes late arriving due to this but they were very accommodating. I will be back
