Went to this salon for the first time, only because I said I would try somewhere more local to where I live. I usually go to town. The place is easy to find, has modern enough decor, could be cleaner! Did not feel welcomed by the staff member when I arrived, not very friendly, possibly language barrier was an issue. Had planned to get a full colour, cut, blow dry and also eyebrows waxed. Told my hairdresser what I would like in my hair what colours ect have been put in before told him always semi-permanent colours used in my hair. Was very disappointed to learn only when my hair was being washed that it was a permanent colour used in my hair, Not what I wanted or needed I’m a young woman with no greys or anything. The hairdresser didn’t ask or make sure. Decided there and then I wouldn’t get my hair cut there or use any other services. Also old magazines and no card machine, had to go to the shop to get cash to pay. I’ll know in the future to stick with what I know, lesson learned.

Today was my first time visiting Halo and it won't be my last. Beautiful shop, a nice atmosphere and my nails look fab 😍
