Going to this salon roughly a year now and have always been happy with my treatments and is great value for money. The only negative I have is that the reception desk should be moved to the front of the shop... it’s unacceptable and very unprofessional to shout at clients as they walk through the door asking what treatments they are there for and for you to have to shout back in front of a shop full of people... a small change that would make a huge difference.
