This salon could do with some changes, as clients arrive the owner shouts at them to see what they want done today... it doesn’t matter where he is in the shop, and he could also be with a client at the time, this doesn’t seem to matter! There is a receptionist desk at the back of the premise, this should be moved to the front and customers should be greater there.
Also maybe the staff could be a bit more gentle with their clients, your hands are pushed and pulled to were they want you to put them during a manicure, most people go to get nails and other treatments as a treat, but going here it’s a bit stressful.
