Booked 2 spa pedicure for me & my daughter on friday morning for that evening at 6.30. Myself & my daughter arrived at Happy Nails at 6.27 & the man who spoke to us wasn't very nice. I told him i had an appointment for 6.30 he told me it was at 6 (in broken english) i said no 6.30 he again said 6. He then asked if i wad haven shellac on my toes i said no just normal polish. I was told to pick a colour, i asked what polish am i choosing from as there was 4 walls of nail polishes. He pointed over there, i went to the wrong wall & he shouted at me over there again. He was doing a member of staff's nails & couldn't be bothered to get up & show me what polish i was to pick. Rude little man. He then continued to state at me while i was getting my pedicure. Im sorry i didn't walk out. The guy who did my pedicure i think his name was Danny was nice hadn't got much english but did his best to talk about the weather.

Prompt service. The gentleman who did my nails was friendly and professional. Nails were perfect when I was finished. Highly recommend.

They were quickly done and seemingly put on correctly but through a lot of pain, bleeding from over filing and extremely rude technicians. Not a word spoken to me and my hands were roughly pulled and thrown around throughout the process, if fingers were slightly in the way they were whacked with little consideration. Horrific experience altogether
