The staff member has not done my nails before and was only 20min. Only one application of shellac on nails so it chipped subsequently. However they quickly rectified it a few days later and redid my nails but it was annoying having to go back. It would not deter me but I will make sure the same person dies the job each time.

Not happy with my eye brows I have came home to notice I have a big burn on the side of the eye from the wax

It was my first time at the salon. I got ombré nails and even though the color turned out nice, 2 of the nails broke within a few days. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and this has never happened to me, so it’s definitely strange. Also, the nail technician was so rough that I got big and sore cuts all over my cuticles. The worse thing is the guy didn’t even bother to grab a tissue or apply some disinfectant. I literally had blood all over some of my nails and he just went on filing the nails as if nothing had happened. Not to mention the file he was using was clearly not new. It’s definitely not hygienic and I was worried I would get an infection. I would never visit this salon again, even though it’s quite cheap. The nail technicians are also not nice - they just speak in their own language and do not say a word to you. I would not recommend this salon.
