Righto, this is going to be a great review, but I need to "flag" this 1 but fairly vital thing to you ladies...the buzzer/bell doesnt always work at Hellena's...I arrived 10 x mins early as I always like to be promt for appointments...I rang & rang & rang the buzzer...but nothing happened...I telephoned the number 3 x times but it wasnt answered, so I ventured down Georges St for a ramble. Within 5 x mins the Thearpist phoned me back all apologies, I explained that I had been there, so I dashed back and she came down the 2 x flights of stairs and brought me up. The Salon is immaculate and my waxing turned out to be "sugaring" which was a 1st for me. The Thearpist was excellent, zero pain & she was clearly very experienced. 5 stars all the way an excellent little find!!
