Really really upsetting - I paid 98 euros - booked the wrong day on the day ( a week too early) been charged and called 4 times and no response from business or Treatwell and all I wanted to do was reschedule but been charged. So so so unprofessional and money taken. No idea how to rectify - please please contact me and I will make new review - I don’t know what else to do.

Noisy location, furniture scraping and footsteps/doors slamming throughout. Massage bed had no breathing hole so very hard to get comfortable/relax. No room for masseuse to work around the bed so solution is to pull the bed around the room - with you on it. The massage itself was ok, not what I expected from deep tisssue, more a Swedish massage.
