I was recommended Helena from a colleague/friend and I was so delighted to have booked with her! It was so relaxing, so rejuvenating, and she's really aware of what/where your issues are without you even having to say a thing! She is so caring, and I really enjoyed my session on Saturday morning. I am looking forward to visiting Helena again soon for further treatments. I love her holistic approach.
