I got refil acrylic nails done - after 24 hours one had broken off and after 30 hours another one had cracked from genuinely no fault of my own (I reached into my handbag for the first case). I went back after contacted and they said they will "fix free of charge on this occasion". When I arrived the lady immediately started blaming me asking what I did for work as that could have caused it(if I was a nurse or clearer etc) - when i told her I was a receptionist she had to back down and started blaming them on being "refills". The whole process made me very uncomfortable when she started laughing and talking about me in their own language. Within a week of getting my second set fixed - four of my nails were cracked again. I put it down now to being extremely poor quality and I have since gone to their competitors across the street for complete removal and full set applied. I will not be back and would not recommend.
